Neither. RD Ive mentioned. But for Flutters..It seems too much like the relationship with a girl that clingy and insecure about herself would only lead to a co-dependent relationship. Id rather be friends.

Besides, Rarity already has dibs.

idk who i'd pick honestly, both have qualities i'd like to see in a girlfirend, fluttershy is adorable, though i think she's rather independent and not necessarily "clingy" persay just incredibly shy around new things, and super compoassionate, while RD is very aggressive, competitve, and loyal. But i think fluttershy would probably put up with my antics and bad jokes more than RD would.

For a long-term, Fluttershy. For a Short-Term, RD. Unfortunately, RD's personality tends to chicken out when faced with the possibility of failure(which incidentally was paralleled with Scootaloo in FttF), and could have some nasty results if we ever got into an argument. While Fluttershy isn't exactly the most exciting possibility for a Super Mega Hottie Waifu, I'd trust her a great deal more in the long run.

Besides, she's essentially a nature-loving hippie. In my experience, hippies are white-hot in the bedroom. She may seem submissive in public, but I'd be willing to bet 5 bits it's true.

I'm up for a more forum-appropriate discussion.

At the end of Castle Mane-ia, we're teased with the visage of what may be the remnants of Nightmare Moon's dark magic. Even after the events of Power Ponies, we haven't heard or seen anything of it since. Was it meant to be just a twist for the sake of it, or are they going somewhere deeper with that?

The entire point of twilight's venture into the ruined castle was to find information on one of the harmony keys. I'd put a fair wager that one of the keys lies in there, though it may not be the first they find.

I'd like to point out that for the MLP universe, this is an important step in the right direction. Normally, the episodic structure boiled down to "Random Adventure" episodes, and "Story-Centric" 2-Parter episodes. We're now getting a better sense of progression through the series, instead of partitioned pieces of the universe that presumably play out in chronological order. As Meghan McCarthy eloquently put it:

"Season. Long. Story Arc."

I think we are just beginning to see the main plot for the season long story arc. It begins with the keys, and I think there will be a NEW villain unlike we have ever seen before. Theres definitely something spooky going on in the castle. And its not the all-female pony slumber party.

A question that's been tossed before, and we still don't know. It could be another unknown sister who'd birthed her, but it's still unclear at this point.

It's possible. Up to this point, the only "new" villain to be tossed at us is Chrysalis - the rest have essentially been fiends(and a corrupted sister) from earlier times, passed onto the Mane 6 to deal with. It'd be a well-timed use for whatever lies inside "The Box" to aid them against a wild and unexpected foe.

If this is the route they took, I'd be a very happy panda. There were various reasons I didn't care for the original 2-parter, and the villain's motivation was one. I found this off of wikipedia.

In the IDW licensed tie-in comic, it is revealed that something known as the Nightmare Forces was involved in Luna's transformation into Nightmare Moon. According to Princess Luna, the Nightmare Forces convinced Luna that she could show how powerful and special she was by making everybody fear her, and took over her body to feed off of her energy and hate. When Nightmare Moon was changed back into Luna, the Nightmare Forces fled to the moon, where they hid. But by harnessing the cycle of a new moon, the Nightmare Forces returned to Equestria and planted nightmares into the minds of Twilight Sparkle and her friends. They focused on Rarity before kidnapping her, taking her to their realm on the moon, the Nightmare Dreamscape. They manifest as masses of purple and gray smoke or flames, in the vague shapes of animals with varying eye colors. They are led by a Nightmare Force called Shadowfright.

New Episode Stuffs:

So this episode is taking an unsurprisingly darker turn. Applejack is already heavily invested in Applebuck Season, and it looks like its falling apart. It didn't seem to take long for Flutters to get cornered on her Idealistic, borderline naivete plan for a middle-ground instead of all-out war. The song is.... very good, though I was surprised how quickly they all turn on her through the power of music XD I actually laughed when they started walking around her. Has a Tim Burton-y vibe going on.

I like the twist put halfway through - the episode name is rather deceptive in that regard. How many bloody forms does she have?! o.O The cause makes perfect sense, but I was scratching my head when it as revealed. I definitely dug the episode.

So far, I would say Princess Twi > FttF > Bats > Power Ponies > Daring Don't > Castle Mane-Ia.

Castle Mania=Shadow
Power Ponies=Comic disappears
Bats!=FlutterFang
