Celestia isn't perfect. I'd head straight to Luna if I needed a military leader - Celestia's more of a benevolent guide. Been watching reviews on the Breezies episode while someone inevitable throws the new Somepony To Watch Over Me episode on YouTube. I flatout misjudged that one, it's practically been panned as a train wreck and full of plot holes.
