Why do you think the volus live in those suits... Sure they say it's preasure but in reality it's just cause they constantly watch and replay episodes of MLP.

Wait that makes sense. They watch it so much they used science to make themselves look like ponys so they wear them fat suits.

Exactly which is why they all sound similar to one another if not always the same, they all use a standard voice modulator to hide themselves in addition to the suits. And so we now have confirmation that biotic volus, as i always suspected, are secretly unicorns.

I think that's a bit of an overreaction. She's not stupid, but she can also sometimes be imperceptive to what will work well in the endgame(A Friend In Deed). The moral is something I can actually emphathize with - In february, I did a polar plunge as a charity for the 10th anniversary of my mother's passing. One in the family is someone I never got along with...But at the very least, you had something to share in common with them, and that's better than nothing. That doesn't make you BFFs, but it's still an upgrade over hostility. The greatness of the episode had more to do with the character herself and how she essentially challenged the mane 6's tolerance. I'll agree that the lack of RD being the fastest flyer in Equestria was likely done intentionally by the writers to have Maud save the day.

 

I'll concede that my moral analogy was very flawed, probably because I wanted so much to see a downer-but-true-to-life moral and ending. I will mantain that Pinkie was mishandled again, though. Not only the instant-deflation felt forced - they could have made her sad without that and the "If anyone needs I'll be considering suicide" and it would have felt much more natural - but that... parkour... course... thing was just plain stupid and detrimental to her character, no excuses. I also would have liked to see 2 seconds worth of Twilight and Dash taking off/glowing horn before Maud jumped in.

Overall, I still liked the episode, and was grinning during the whole first half, not believing they were actually going to portray Maud that way. But like in Filli Vanilli, Pinkie unknowingly takes it down a notch. :Sigh:

 So, Ponyvania got quite a facelift since the last time I journeyed in there. The game got 2 fancy intros, a tutorial level for beginners, a new level(Ghastly Gorge), and a new map:

 

 

I liked SotN and all, but give me Classicvania or give me death. Speaking of death, that YOU DIED Dark Souls screen seems redundant - The death jingle in the Classicvanias was essentially the YOU DIED of the 80s.

I want to make one with Beats by Dr. Dre because why listen to Party Rock Anthem on cheapy not cool headphones?

I didn't even buy them. They were a gift last Christmas. I really wanted some Sony headphones but what was I supposed to do? Tell them that I didn't want them?

Dude. Someone bought me skullcandies once(overpriced $90 gimmicks that were on sale that day for a fraction of the cost), and obviously they were terrible. I proved it, handed it back to them, and then they came back with $20 Sonys that were fantastic, that I still use today. Everyday, actually.

Because I happen to have a wealthy friend that bought me them, everyone seems to get like that because they are expencive or something. I just ignore them because why they get upset about something I have, I don't know.

I'm not bitter that you possess them, I'm bitter that a horrible company like Monster (though I heard Beats has spinned-off as a company) got another sale. A sale based on a name and a shiny design.

So like I said, nevermind my occasional, audible grumbles of bitterness.

It does have a death jingle, It was just a photoshop I made as a joke. Thanks for the feedback.

Same, there wasn't really much reason not to. I Like the episode, but that has more to do with the character, honestly. Tommy's Follow-up also argues more about the potentially contradictory theme. I think the authorial intent of the episode had gotten mixed up a bit, which may be why people are misinterpreting it. Or maybe I'm completely wrong.

It's an above average episode. However, this one(among many others in the second half of the season) feels like a land of lost opportunity.

It's arguably as hard as the original Castlevanias, but to each their own. Ponyvania never went as far as accessories outside of weapons and armor. You earn money to buy from a salespony in The Cathedral Thing you head back to after completing a level. Nifty Hats are more of a Team Fortress 2 thing.
