Same here. All the unicorns are stuck up snobs.
But a Volus Warlord is a biotic god thus, you are a unicorn.
It does have a death jingle, It was just a photoshop I made as a joke. Thanks for the feedback.
Same, there wasn't really much reason not to. I Like the episode, but that has more to do with the character, honestly. Tommy's Follow-up also argues more about the potentially contradictory theme. I think the authorial intent of the episode had gotten mixed up a bit, which may be why people are misinterpreting it. Or maybe I'm completely wrong.
It's an above average episode. However, this one(among many others in the second half of the season) feels like a land of lost opportunity.
(Somewhat Off-Topic Link But Deal With It Yo)
You know, there's one thing that Tommy mentioned early on that I 100% agree with: This season has been problematic with exposition. It's often needlessly repeated, heavy-handed, and almost always telling instead of showing. It's fitting that this trend reached critical mass with the Breezies episode...
And don't worry, Nostalgia Critic videos are ALWAYS relevant.
It's arguably as hard as the original Castlevanias, but to each their own. Ponyvania never went as far as accessories outside of weapons and armor. You earn money to buy from a salespony in The Cathedral Thing you head back to after completing a level. Nifty Hats are more of a Team Fortress 2 thing.
Not about the difficulty, but the level design, enemy placement and platforming. SotN and its derivatives focus on gradual player empowerment through leveling up and (in most cases) "open" world exploration, where enemy type and HP provides most of the difficulty, and the platforming is there to serve the exploration. Castlevania I, III and Rondo of Blood (I'm excluding SCIV and CII for obvious reasons) focus on 100% linear levels with few enemies needing more than one hit to de dispatched, but whose positioning in the world - combined with the do-or-die platforming - is just as important as its kind.
So while I loved SotN's leveling up and exploring the castle, things like standard fare combat and the occasional grinding and running back to places you've been make me prefer I, III and V.

Soppy, over-rated pit ponies! Elves I despise, but not as much as bloody unicorns!
well they are arrogant, claiming to be biotic gods and what not stupid unicorns. But no one claimed volus or unicorns had decent standards of morality.

pity they can't all be part of the glorious alicorn master race.

That's an ice cream koan, you retarded teal horse.
Hey, you can't talk about Lightning Dust like that, she's a princess.

That is why Volus must treat all races like crap. I mean look at the huge lie that Volus made about the Quarian stealing his credit chit when he obviously staged the event because he is a snob unicorn trying to get the lesser out of the Citadel.
After watching them Two Best Sister videos, I can never look at them the same.
A Pegasus does not concern himself with the opinions of an earth pony. When I had to pick one, I picked a Pegasus.
Rarity loses her creativity and Spike finds a spell to help her get it back.

Spoiler
I loved this one too. There were a lot of ways it could have gone wrong, but they didn't have to resort to flanderizing any of their characters to make drama, they avoided backtracking through used thematic elements, and it even had a few interesting twists to keep if from getting too predictable. Meghan McCarthy wasn't kidding about the visuals either, I thought it was pretty cool how they went and designed a new flash puppet for the 4-5 year olds just for that one scene.
Gah, I scrolled down as soon as I saw two posts mentioning today's episode. I know there's probably no spoilers on them (especially since DV likes his spoiler tags), but I don't want anyone's opinion coloring my own before I watch it
Unfortunately, living in South America means I'll have to wait some 3-5 hours before it becomes available on the Internet *somewhere*
Were can I watch these new episodes? The only way I will ever have a chance to see them is if they go on Youtube or Netflix. (Unless they air at about 1 a.m on The Hub)
I think tonight I might try and sneak the MLP movie as my friend keeps telling me to see it. Do all the characters look like punks because what I know is that RD looked like a punk.
What a great, great episode that was. Now to read DV's impressions.
Edit: I... I really can't find anything at fault with this episode. Perhaps the jerk filly from the flashback should have been DT, and maybe the dolphin thing was a bit contrieved... nope. Just useless nitpicking. 9-9.5/10 for me, good pacing, good moral, and good characterization. Always great to see some Luna as well.
Has anybody else noticed that the show really seems to zigzag on whether Thrackerzod lives with Rarity or lives with their parents?

I think that by Bab's Seed it was clear that she lives with her parents and stays at Rarity's when they are away for extended periods of time (which is quite often).

Someone tell me what the heck you are talking about?
