"Alicorn" refers to the substance that supposedly makes up a unicorn's horn (so it's analogous to ivory), but it rolls off the tongue better than "pegasus unicorn", and "pegacorn" is just weird. 

Also, Celestia x Door, OTP.

EDIT: Oh, and don't forget Lauren's pony is also an alicorn.

Twas wondering if any of you have checked out the new comment page/topic for Fallout Equestria.

It needed a new one since the old one(with the fic itself) hit the comment cap(5000 in total).

The only other term I heard/have seen people use consistently is "Winged Unicorn" just for the fact that there is no singular word besides Alicorn that is widespread.

And damn straight Lauren's pony is an Alicorn/Winged Unicorn. She has to be.

Only thing that would've made it better was if it had a ton of things you could press to make her say different things like "Yay!" and all her other awesome quotes.
