She actually makes her traditional cameo much more frequently in S4 than in 3 as well, but yeah she should be in Rainbow Falls, when she busts into rainbows room thanks to pony on steroids and i think fluttershy? am i remembering that correctly?

Yep. She's had lesser cameos, but that was the big one. S3 made it real tricky to find derp. The one in MMC is one hell of an easter egg.
