Then why does it have an equivalent of New York City, Philadelphia, and Las Vegas which are U.S cities. I'm not talking about political systems because they have a princess/s but have no law or any political control as it seems most just gallivant around with no constraints.

It's too make it easier for the kids to draw parrellels to size. Everyone KNows New York Philadelpha and Las Vegas are amazingly large cities, that being said they've set certain stereotypes for cities, So it's an easy way to associate an Idea of Scale with a Place. Also they make great Puns, Las Pegasus, Filyldelphia, and Manehattan.

 Don't forget there are also references to Saudi Arabia as they call it Saddle Arabia which means there might be actual terrorists somewhere in MLP.

Right so i need some emergency Tech Assassitance.

Anyone know how to fix a situation where games won't download with steam instead they just get stuck at 99% complete and constantly flip between Downloading and Starting for 5 hours? 

 

nevermind, apparently switching to japan as a download server fixes this issue, Thanks though.

How does one change their Steam shortcut picture?

Right click, then properties, then change icon. Then select the image however before that:

 

Go to ConvertIcon! and get the image converted to the .ico format then save the image to a location you can find again once it's downloaded.

 

Then after clicking change icon browse find the new location fo the .ico image and select it once that's done it should be done, however for it to appear proper on your taskbar on windows 7 you will need to unpin steam then re-pin steam if you have it pinned.

 

 

edit: For Anyone Experiencing issues on steam with relation to download rates 0 out unexplainadely but at no fault of your own network or a download loop. The solution is to switch to a foreign server if inside the US (Seemingly some US clients downloading off of contentserver6 are being affected by an issue where the server is generating bad chunks). Canada seems to work for those of us like me who are super close to a boarder (i could walk to canada and back yay michigan!). I'm unclear as to whether or not it's affecting anyone else using server 6 who is not located state side or if any non-US download servers are being affected. Tech Support dropped the ball on this as well so here is a forum link to help you through it if you want Clickie Clickie

Speculation on stuff including Equestria Girls, and how it could connect to Twilight's Kingdom Season Finale

Let's start of with the Elements. 6 of them, one being Magic, which as we see in EQG, when brought to another universe, let's the user tap into a dark magic, transforming them into demonic looking beings.

Now, let's look at the villain of the S4 finale that we can glean from the teaser.

What I propose, and I know my latest "theory" wasn't exactly sane, but hear me out.

What I propose is that the Elements were prisons for villains of eons past, and bound to the Tree of Harmony so their life forces could be used for protecting the world they tried to destroy (I'm talking pre-Sister's time here)

 

Now, when it is brought to another dimension, the magics binding the energy is weakened enough the wielder can access that energy.

 

Hence where our villian comes from and why Sunset transformed into that thing in the movie

Falling in Love with/being sexually attracted to fictional characters with races that don't exist in this world? I guess we're in the right place to talk about that. I personally haven't clopped. Horses don't do anything for me, as sleek-looking as G4's version may be. My issues with clopping depend on who as well. A lot of the main characters are very young(whatever teenage for that universe is), which feels like iffy territory. Also, as the quote goes, "It's okay to fall in love with a virtual character, as long as you realize she doesn't put out." Outside of video games, it's essentially a One-Sided relationship. At least in Long-Distance relationships, bridging the gap isn't impossible.

I'm partial to Fluttershy and Maud's personalities. If they came into our reality and grew up into adults, I may consider them as potential Super Hottie Waifu Supremos™. The same applies to many of BioWare's romance stuff. But as long as it's in a Video Screen, I'd rather wait for someone in real life. People are fa.pping to ponies? Considering what was inside fornax, I could think of far worse. I'm worried more about attachment than if someone is feeling concupiscent. Hentai's been around forever, and same thing for western stuff, so it's existence and use doesn't surprise me that much.
