The 22nd, episode 4.
The 29th will have episode 4 again, because they want the Halloween episode(ep 4) to air around the actual holiday.
It should resume normally after that.

Several reasons.
A. To keep the order of episodes consistent.
B. The Halloween episode ushers in the return of Princess Luna. The fandom loves her, might as well show it twice.
C. October's most notable attraction is Halloween, and with the festivities being celebrated all month long, showing a spooky episode more than once can't hurt.
D. As far as I'm aware, they're still working on Season 2, so it buys them extra time.
etc etc, they know why they're doing it. I don't see a problem.
