So Baron, what do you think of the style of the new Mentally Advanced episodes?

I've mostly enjoyed them so far. I do think the psuedo-stop motion they're doing works better when it's Petirep's drawing and not frames from the show, but it still -works-.

You can also tell that, I think, it took Greg a little bit of time to get back into the swing of writing it, as I really enjoyed the Feeling Pinkie Keen abridged but the two after I didn't like as much.

Strange, I liked Showstoppers more than Feeling Pinkie Keen even before Scoots sang "Sexy Horse God of Love" to each his own I guess.

Ive recently picked up Gravity Falls to hold me over to the next season but thats not why Im here today. Im here because a bunch of morons tried convince me Weed was good for and while trying to convert me to fetishisms directed at Monster girls in a game called Monster Girl Quest. Truly I feel a deep bond with Recon, as I fear the longer I stay to try and burn away the heresy the more likely I am to be part of their "herd".

 

Pls, my brony brethren and pegasisters, gimme all dem pony powers so I may burn out the horrifying things Ive seen on the internet today. Im literally about to throw up. It's gotten better in some ways, and worse in others. As far as EQG: I was certainly open to the idea of a sequel if they could improve it a bit, but the previews thus far aren't impressing. A lot of the referencial humor and such will still remain, but it's nearly the direct opposite of what I was looking for.

As far as the Normal episodes themselves? Season 4 was all over the place in quality; The best and worst episodes that come to mind are placed right in S4. It's an odd position too because of the format of the fandom itself. As great as the original show is, I stick around more for the fandom than the Canon stuff. Watching the original episodes takes up about 10-15% of my time in everything from Super-Happy-Pony-Land.
