I'll go back and look at specific references to color in the series for proof, but judging by Rarity's fashion tastes, I'd say that Equestrian ponies do not have Dichromatic vision like Terran ponies.

Well, what with the anthropomorphism(at least, what there is of it), I'd just assume(I misspelled assume as assmue and there was no spellcheck error, WHAT) that their vision is closer to a human than a Terran pony.
