So the next episode's going to be about Bloom's Emotional Anxiety over the lack of a C-Mark. I have much higher hopes for this episode than I did for CSC. Most CMC episodes regarding that are more of "Let's do silly stuff to get it", so this will be a refreshing change. Less like Belle Toils, and probably more like Hurricane Fluttershy. Josh Haber's done some solid episodes like Leap of Faith, it'd be a good opportunity for him to build a stronger rep.

After seeing how pitiful the Mane 6 were without their cutiemarx in the season premiere, it's no wonder Apple Bloom is so desperate to get hers. Not having a cutiemark is probably why Scootaloo can't fly.

Why couldn't Twilight decorate her own house?

 

Even if she didn't like being in her house, her bed and personal grooming wouldn't go ignored would it? I mean go home at night take a bath then go to bed, wake up and leave again for the whole day come back repeat. it\s basically what anyone with a job and social night life already does.

 

I sometimes wonder how come the mane 6 don't see the obvious flaws in their plans earlier, like really Rainbow Dash your trophies? That\s what Twilight wants in her house? they are all pretty dense in this regard but at least Rarity who has designed events and has i would assume a degree of interior decorating sense had a more plausible idea for what might be nice in terms of making Twilights castle look nice, but from what we heard the other 5 made various parts of the whole castle their own, while Rarity didn't.

And I thought Sweetie Belle had it bad in S4, all 3 of them had to learn the really, really hard way. It was smart of Josh to have a different facet of the Cutie Mark's consequences for each iteration: What happens if you choose to refuse, what happens if the CMC cease to exist, or do so in a disjointed way.

The real question is if those Twitter Mites are actually a real thing.

Since we're going full fantasy in Dreamland, it's anypony's guess. :|

So.. no one else is wondering "If Luna's dream walking is so prevalent in order for Pony's to come to terms with their anxieties, why aren't the ponies who came after her banishment and prior to her return more messed up?" ... I mean either Luna is messing with people just for kicks under the guise of helping, or they don't really need her messing with them in the first place. 

 

As far as we know Applejack saying a good nights sleep helps make everything better couldn't have been a nod to the princess coming around and intervening because she wouldn't know that, as most of her life Luna wasn't a factor in having a good nights sleep. So clearly there is a matter of self imposing on others coming from Luna here.
