I was able to buy a Vinyl Scratch vinyl figure from hot topic, but had to return it due to money issues, then never saw one in stock again when I could afford it.

Not sure but it appears that it was not an oversight they just didn't air one. Probably just to stretch it out a bit longer they do that sometimes.

I wouldn't say it's unique in this respect, but it doesn't treat it's direct audience(kids) like idiots.

 

And I personally enjoy programming that doesn't treat me like an idiot.
