Yeah, thinking about it the voices of them from the YT videos gave me a weird feeling. Like it wasn't right or something. But fanimation could be cool.

I'd rather they keep consistency. For example, I know Lauren would rather the show have more of a overarching adventure type story, but I am rather fond of the current style of episodes. You know, slice of life, each episode being standalone, with a sprinkle of a bigger story(Season 1 being the Grand Galloping Gala).

I doubt one filler episode will change that since the majority of the show is filler.

I guess it depends on how many idea Kkat has left. If she's pretty much done with her pre-planned plot arc, their is no sense in beating a dead pony. As long as the end is good.
