One, has the story of the Sino-American War analog and the ensuing Great War been covered at all in the story?

And two, is there an equivalent to the Enclave in it?

Enclave = Grand Pegasus Enclave
 Yes, the fiction spends a great deal of time discussing these matters.

Just realized that will all these new video games coming out, I'll have plenty of time to wait for new Fallout Equestria chapters.

I knew that, but how much of it has actually been covered? 

I'm curious because that Equestrian Civil War fic I was kicking around ideas for may take some cues from the Sino-American War (not the point of being an actual crossover, mind you) and I don't want to tread on FO:E's territory.

A lot, you know that memory spell Twilight used in S2E2? In this fic ponies have learned how to bottle that in the form of "memory orbs" and the main character spends a great deal of time using these to relive events from before and during the war.
