Yeah, I'm debating to myself whether to go to sleep soon or just stay up. It'll only be 9AM for me. 

EDIT: Normally I just wait for it to go up to YouTube and watch it around lunchtime, but this one I think I've got to catch in a stream.

This is a surprisingly huge improvement - it almost looks better to me than it does when I'm watching it on the good TVs back home, though that may just be because it's been a while since I actually watched ponies at home.

BUT Y U NO HAVE 1080p VERSION? I've stepped up to that for Season 2 downloads and the one I have currently still has the Hub's logos and stuff on it.

So anyway, this episode was...uhh...a bummer, I guess. For me anyway.

They didn't explain Luna's change in appearance, her voice changed, and we really didn't get a chance to delve a little into her character.

Oh well. Kinda expected to be let down since she's been focused so much on by the fans.

Thats just how I feel though, I'm gonna go read the EQD comments and see what they think.

Actually, they've been referencing the internet ever since Season 1. Little more than halfway through. Not too much mind you, but a little nod here and there.

Plus, that would be one hell of a coincidence. Anyone who denies that that was a purposeful nod to FoE is just crazy.

It can't be that hard to believe one or more of the writers has read that fanfic. Its only THE most popular fanfic based on the show(Cupcakes on the other hand being the most infamous).

i think the pony was named lilpip because hes a little pipsqueak pirate with a british accent. but u could b right i guess. i mean, there is a noticeable increase in the usage of the word cupcakes afterall. notice how twilight starts to crack after the cupcakes incident?

If they wanted to reinforce that he was little, the name Pipsqueak was enough.

That they went far enough to call him Lilpip was just to send FoE readers over the edge.

I bet Kkat shat more bricks than anyone when she watched the episode. I know I would if a fanfic I wrote got a nod in the show.
