i like how applejack says "exactly!" i think rd/aj's voice actress is getting the hang of AJ. or at least has gotten better, not to say she was bad.

I the mean time I need to find a way to troll a friend of mine with ponies.  He doesn't even know what the show looks like, yet he has an irrational hatred for it.  (The setup is too perfect)

They should be easy to persuade to continue watching it. Just tell them that if we're still old enough to keep our interest and like it then they should definitely be able to, but 5 year olds. ARE 5 year olds.

If he likes X-Men, you could try trolling him with "Magneto is best pony!" images .

He's actually a history nerd.  Perhaps "historical figure X is the best pony" would work...

Yeah, my 5 year old cousin says it's for babies too. But he's male, so it's a bit more expectable.

My friend thinks it's government plot to turn men (or future men) into pansies.
