But man, this is making me realize just how amazing FoE was.
I don't want it to be over.

Are you sure we read the same chapter? It sure as pony hell didn't seem to me like there is a chance there won't be another.LPPrince wrote...
People are REALLY going to be unsure if that was the last chapter of FOE or not, but there's probably one more chapter in there.
At least an epilogue.

Fillies and Gentlecolts, say hello to Princess Cadence. We'll be seeing her later this season.
Celestia/Luna's mum? Doubt it, but she could possibly be a new minor/major villain, look at the mischevous(or evil) look on her face, notably the eyes.

Speaking about airships,
Rarity Airship is best Airship.
You know, (bo may get this) it looks like they tore the skin off the Wind Fish from Link's Awakening and made it into an airship. O_o

I REALLY like this for some reason.

Nah, that I doubt. But again, who knows.

In answer: yes, Chapter Forty-Five is the last chapter of Fallout: Equestria. That said... no, the story is not yet "complete".
There is still an Epilogue and an Afterword coming, the latter of which I intend to release on Christmas. Each will be only a few pages long, and neither will be from Littlepip's perspective.

Its that good. And its been that good for its entire length, and by God was it long(longer than the Lord of the Rings series as a whole).
It sucks that its coming to an end, but it was one hell of a ride.
Who knows, I may end up deciding to read it again one day.
Kkat is legendary, and so is her story. But the most legendary is definitely the one who carried us through the tale,
Littlepip.

Yea that's what turned me off it in the first place. Nothing agitates me more than what I like to call "long-winded" writing style. Pretty much hated LoTR books for that same reason. In that regard, I think some authors who use this style could learn a thing or two from screenwriters about getting the point across in a more succinct manner.LPPrince wrote...

I have no idea what you're talking about there bleetman, and I don't want to know.
An Alicorn in pony terms is a pony that is both a pegasus AND a unicorn. The princesses.
And no, you don't want to know. You really don't.

That seems odd to me. I went and opened up the chapter in Google Docs and scrolled to the end, and while I'll be upfront and say I've got absolutely no idea what's going on...it doesn't seem like an ending, or even a lead-in to an epilogue. Now, for all I know it's a sequel hook to Fallout: Neigh Haygas, but it definitely seems like there should be one or two more chapters.
Let me put it like this - if that's the climax of the story, then there's been no falling action or denoument, and it'd be hard to squeeze those into an epilogue and afterword only a few pages long.

The very end of Chapter 45 is the very beginning of the story. It came full circle.
Littlepip was telling us this story from that point. Which I thought was well done.
The epilogue and afterword will not have her as the narrator though. Who will narrate, I have suspicions. We won't know till they are released.
But it makes sense, relax. Perfect sense.

Apparently in Poland, they've managed to botch the translations to the point where all female characters use the masculine form of words and vice-versa.
In effect, Polish Friendship is Magic is a Rule 63 series.
