I've been assuming "REA" stand for "Royal Equestrian Army", since presumably a "Royal Equestrian Air Force" would have the abbreviation "REAF". Also because Spitfire is always lounging on a cannon barrel.
Which does, of course, raise the question why a pegasus of the Wonderbolts is promoting them, but hey, I ain't complaining.
Mind you, if that doesn't work, Pip could always join the Desert Rangers of Neighvada.
