I still don't understand how one can like something ironically. The phrase in itself makes little sense. I realize it's like liking something to make fun of it/be a "hipster" about it But seriously...If you only like something to mock it then you don't like it...You infact dislike it. Besides this show is too good to like ironically.

It would be nice if more people tried watching the show though or actually looking info up about it's fanbase before talking.

I dunno. There seems to be an increase in actual genuine haters who didn't like the show after watching it, I noticed.

That's because they have the natural disposition to hate it and didn't go in to the show completely unbiased.

I would know, I tried to get one friend to watch the show, but the entire way through the one episode I showed him he was not interested, didn't give a damn, wasn't paying attention, and at the end said it wasn't something he liked even though he didn't really watch it.

You have to have the desire to watch the show and go in without expecting...no, wanting it to suck.

Whuch is also why there's going to be one hell of a ****storm when ME3 comes out. A lot are expecting it to be dissapointing, so when it comes out their minds will percieve it as such.

I've noted that showing them PMVs or Abridged Series before the actual show helps on the "open-minded" front. I myself watched an abridged version of the pilot episodes (and numerous Pink Floyd PMVs) before giving the series a shot.
