Well, remember, she's the same age as Rarity, and she and AJ are roughly the same age. 

So she's likely close to the same age, if not a bit younger, than Mac...and that has nothing to do with how awesome 80's Cheerilee and hair metal Macintsoh are.

Rarity's segment during Cutie March Chronicles. One of the performers on the stage (that Rarity makes costumes for) is filly Cheerilee. 

The actual ages of the mane six are quite nebulous (basically, Fluttershy's annoyed "I'm a year older than you" to Pinkie is the only concrete piece of info), but I feel quite confident in saying they're all fairly close in age to each other, and Mac is a bit older than all of them (evidenced by already having his cutie mark in AJ's segment and definitely look more like an adolescent).

 Look at around 10:05, and then a bit later again when Rarity is back with the gems.

Wait, what? Dashie didn't look like she was 10 years older than Fluttershy in their cutie mark sequence.  Keep in mind that all of the mane 6 were roughly the same height the day of Dashie's sonic rainboom. On the other hand, nothing else in that episode was consistent with canon either.

Rarity and Fluttershy are probably the oldest, in their mid-twenties at the latest. Pinkie's probably the youngest, and Twilight, Dash, and AJ are in between them, in their late teens to early twenties. 

Although, taking into account the "I'm a year older than you" line, that's more maturity level than actual age. Agewise they're in a pretty tight grouping. If you think about it there's a bit of a disconnect between the two already - the girls are all obviously old enough to be living on their own and handling some adult sitatuions (such as running a business), but they're still almost childlike in some cases.

I disagree. AJ said she was the last in her class to get her mark and that she was the same age as the CMC when she did. FS said she was a year older than PP so we know that for sure. In that same respect, FS looked older than Dashie when they were fillies. I'd say either Twilight, Rarity, or FS is the oldest with PP or Dashie as the youngest. AJ is i between.

I always imagined Pinkie and Twilight to be in their late teens, with RD, AJ, and FS being in their early twenties, with Rarity being the oldest in her mid forties.

Rarity=AJ>Fluttershy>Twi>Dash=Pinkie


Dash and Pinkie both have that same juvenile-ness that the others lack.

Twi is at least 22. Pinkie is probably between 18 and 20. Dashie is likely the same age as Pinkie. FS then would be between 19 and 21. AJ is probably between 20 and 22 since Big Mac is old enough to date cheerilee and is well older than AJ. Rarity has her own home, and her own business. I'd say she's at least between 22 and 26.
