Sazh's would be an airship, Vanille and Fangs would be something to show whatever their particular skill in hunting or whatever their role in the Oerba community was while Hope. Would he be blank? Kind of a grey area that. Their l'cie marks would be in all the usual places which means Vanille's brand would cover most of her cutie mark. As for Noel, something to do with being a guardian or hunter. Actually that pic comines my love of Light, MLP FiM and Final Fantasy in one pic. Custom avvy here I come.

Of course, that could just be Fluttershy after Iron Will is finished training her.
