Why do I get the feeling the episode is going to go like this:
Iron Will: Fluttershy, don't let that pony sit on you. Assertivness lesson no.1: tell him to get off.
Fluttershy: Um, excuse me sir, you're sitting on me and I can't breathe, if that's um, okay with you.
Iron Will: No no be assertive!
Fluttershy: *pokes* beep beep!
Iron Will: *facepalm*

I've been waiting for this episode for so long. That song is the best I've heard on the show.

M A Larson or Meghan McCarthy, who r u willing to bet wrote the pinkie pie episode?
not sure. Meghan wrote a Pinkie episode in season one, but neither of them really have done many that had songs (except McCarthy wrote Sweet and Elite I think). So I'd probably bet it was her.

I like the latter as a whole, but the former is probably my least favorite episode (alongside Mysterious Mare Do Well), and neither did anything for my opinion of Pinkie.

I liked Feeling Pinkie Keen, but it was forgettable compared to the rest of season one. I do think that in S2 Pinkie has come off as more of a chatty character than a more rounded one like she was in the first season. I hope this episode changes that, cause Pinkie is second best pony.

EDIT: Amy Keating Rogers is good too, although she seems to mainly be the go-to for AJ and Apple Bloom episodes.

My least favourite episodes tend to be the ones that forgo most of the Mane Six in favour of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Although the most recent episode is an exception to that rule.TheBlackBaron wrote...

I agree that "Feeling Pinkie Keen" was a pretty weak episode, though.

CMC episodes tend to be rather hit or miss. Call of the Cutie and Stare Master are a bit weak (although both have their moments), but The Show Stoppers was great, with their 80's hair metal tribute. Family Appreciation Day was adorable and Cuite Pox was funny.
Cutie Mark Chronicles I wouldn't really call a CMC episode, since it's focused around Mane Six flashbacks, but in any event most seems to consider that one of the best of the show.

As a Pinkie Fan I though it was one of the best, it really brough out Twilight's skeptical nature and Pinkie's unexplained strangeness. And also has one of the best comedy moments, Derpy dropping all the stuff on Twilight:lol:Cthulhu42 wrote...

"Party of One" is definitely my favourite Pinkie episode.Ghost Lightning wrote...
As long as they characterized Pinkie in a way that shows her more realistic side (like Baby Cakes or Party of One) I think it'll be awesome. And based on the premise, that shouldn't be too hard.
