Spike.mov happened. Not much else to say about that. There was a lot of romantic undertones in hurricane fluttershy between flutters and rbd. Anybody else catch that?

Last season it was Appledash vs Pinkiedash.

This season, it's been all Sparkledash vs all Flutterdash.

theres obviously some unspoken sexual tension between rainbow dash and twilight sparkle, but on the horn RBD's pony heart belongs to Flutters, if only Flutters was brave enough to pursue her feelings... :'(

I just hope all this advertisement isnt some kind of big send-off to the series...so far theres only like, what? 12 episodes for season 3 with no news that theyve made more?

They've ordered 13 for Season 3 thus far.

Likely they're waiting for figures on how successful the season finale and season as a whole were before placing an order for more. Animation lead-in times dictate they have to place an order fairly early, and they can't just pay the DHX team to sit around and do nothing, so their choices are let them go and hope the crew is still available or keep them busy in the meantime.

EDIT: This might be the negativity on Ponychan rubbing off on me, but one of the smuggest days of my life will be when Season 3, Episode 14 airs.

If they haven't ordered the other 13 yet, it's probably because they're waiting on the ratings from the royal wedding special, but if the rest of their special events have been any indicator, it'll do better than fine.

I'm going to be honest, if they do end it after Season 3 or even 4, it would be logical, I'd rather it go out on a bang than wither away.
