idk maybe it's because i speak a little german and no french but i can hear it better in the German, Although i will say it sounds more like she's just really really really pissed off the entire time but alas i think that's how most english speakers percieve the German Language when they here it.

If French is the language of love, German is the language of violence.

At least that's how I perceive the way it sounds.

So yeah, its the language that makes it not sound whiny to my ears.

edit: idk between the 2 i prefer the german one, i think it's got to do with experience with the language a wee bit. I mean i can understand most of the Song in german. But the french just sounds mostly like garbly ****** to me (never taken or spoken french or heard it with out subtitles.). Although i will say "schnipp schnipp schnapp" was hilarious sounding xD Though apparently Rainbow dashes 20% Cooler line is understandable in all languages..
