Poor rainbowdash, she gets shipped with everything. It looks like Rarity is the only pony in the mane6 that she doesnt get vigorously shipped with, the other 4 are massive blocks connected to her.

According to the guy who made it, any fic tagged as Romance on FIMFiction or Shipping on EQD. It's not 100% accurate, as sometimes authors don't make it clear in the summaries/tags/pictures, but it's close. 

EDIT: Here's some fun ones we've found on the TBG. 

Zecora/Fluttershy, Shining Armor/Blueblood, GODDAMNIT YOU GUYS Shining Armor/Twilight, Celestia/AJ, Celestia/Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle/Silver Spoon, Gummy/Angel, Gummy/Twilight, Gummy/Twist, Gummy/Winona, Dash/Trixie, Dash/Luna, Dash/Spike, Dash/Scratch, GildaPie, Rarity/Mayor Mare, Luna/Blues, Luna/Spitfire, Caramel/Spitfire, Mrs. Cake/Pony Joe, and any instance of a line looping back on itself. 

And this can't even cover the strangest ones, like shipping Dash with the concept of shipping itself.

Okay, so I've got the raw data spreadsheet from Google Docs. The Dash tallies are as follow:

Appledash: 70
Flutterdash: 61
Sparkledash: 56
Pinkiedash: 55
Raridash: 11

Sparkledash must have -exploded- over the past couple of months to overtake Pinkiedash, which has fallen from a possible 1st all the way to 4th.

The rarest Mane Six one is Raripie, at 3, which for reference, is equal to the self/R63 pairings and is less than a lot of incest ships. Rarity's also the only one who's largest Mane Six ship is -not- with Dash, with a tie between Rarijack and Rarilight at 19. Spike/Rarity is 39. 

I think Twilight's the #2 target behind Dash, largely on the strength of Twixie and being shipped either Princess.
