Or you're forgetting this show is still a kid's show- kids need things explained to them sometimes.

I never forgot, I just don't like that sort of storytelling. Finding subtle ways of revealing plot pieces is what I'd like, but she's pretty much spouting it all in one go. There's no real mystery to it, it's just "Here's the nefarious plan in a montage".

Like I said though in a previous post, that's my one and only complaint. The rest of it's on the nose. Yes, even the musical numbers. The Chrysalis song was rather good.

So I just figured out that, assuming about a 19 week gap between now and the Season 3 premier, you could watch three episodes and change of pony a week, starting from the beginning. Assuming you take the two-parters as one episode and supplement with Friendship Is Witchcraft.

If you're in need for a survival plan, there you go.

Ive heard the the word Queen of blades and zerg rush tossed around allot in regards to her and her minions. (Someone said as much in this thread i believe)

Was able to freeze-frame on the exact spot of the little sound that plays when Dash picks up Fluttershy.

My god, is that going to be a gold mine of exploits (even more so than what we usually do with bedroom eyes and tricks of Flash layers), but there's definitely no kiss.

They've all got their strengths. 

Like, Chrysalis is probably the most unapologetically evil of them. However, Discord was probably the cruelest and technically succeeded for a while. And Nightmare Moon had undoubtedly the most evil plan (I don't have to explain the ramifications of eternal night upon life).
