Yeah, they have to differentiate Cadence and Celestia.

Faust didn't have Cadence as an alicorn at first, but Hasbro changed it.

The whole reason likely being so they can sell an accurate Celestia toy and still keep the little girls happy who like the color pink.

Hence, Cadence.

And god bless DHX for making it work.
