That's what I was thinking!
The episode in steps-
1. Twilight messes up a spell and turns everypony in the Mane Six into fillies cept for Pinks.
2. Pinks goes to the Cakes for help, but they are too preoccupied with the Baby Cakes to do anything.
3. Pinkie goes through hell and highwater trying to take care of the Filly Five while keeping them alive.
4. Eventually Pinkie sends a message thru Spike to Celestia who arrives in Ponyville and saves the day.
5. Celestia asks Pinkie what she learned about friendship, and Pinkie pretty much goes on about how you should help your friends as much as you can, especially when they can't help themselves.

I was thinking the same... Id write it but im not too sure on my ability to characterize the mane 6 (Im having trouble with just twilight atm) . Only other thing is Twi messin up a spell is really cliche. But if it was an episode then thats ok
