It's a popular saying/meme within the brony community for fans to describe who their favourite character(s) are. The grammar mistake is on purpose.

Often appropriated to refer to things that are not, in fact, ponies at all.
For example, "Lauren Faust is best pony", "Spike is best pony", "Tom is best pony", et. al. 

Ben Bernanke is best pony.
