Its not going to be known by everyone in the fandom. Basically you know how Vinyl is into dubstep? The joke was gonna be how she dropped the bass, (a pun due to a type of fish also being called a bass)

it's clever but i always thought that bass(fish) was pronounced differently than bass(music) here in michigan bass(music) is pronounced base and the fish is pronounced with a little a sound? is this not so cross country?

I think the idea here is to base (lol) it more on the spelling rather than the pronunciation.

that makes sense, and it's still really clever even though their pronounced differently. infact i've often wondered why they are pronounced differently when they're spelled the same. it makes little sense :/ ....(looking up etymologies...... 5-10 minutes later....): Aha.. Apparently it's an English adaptation of the Italian or latin basso which is their word for bass(music) but not fish >.> that's not all that surprising really.


in any case let us be glad this does not fire fish

BTW while looking up extra info on the Bronycon documentary I found this thread on another site. After reading though the 3 pages I can safely say we need more people like this on BSN. (with the exception of 1 obviously)

i'm still baffled as to how people can hate on bronies so hard with only the reason: "You're wierd because you watch a show about ponies, and it's annoying because it's on the internet" -.- seriously? i mean if it was because fringgroups made us look strange or something i could understand that but the above seems to be the most common reason. >.< i mean are they serious? really startin to get to me.
