It still lacked a giant hat to complete the look though.
Older Sweetie-Bot looks quite a bit like Cadence there. Applebloom has the most original look IMO.

Appears to be an attempt to draw the KV-85, which is an odd choice considering it was built in very limited numbers as a stopgap solution pending introduction of the IS series of heavy tanks.

I didn't even know the KV series -went- that high. I'm not as familar with Russian tanks outside of the big names as those of other nations, but I only knew of the KV-1 and KV-2.

Russian/Soviet tank designations don't make a lot of sense. The 85 is probably due to the 85mm gun (similar to the one on the T-34/85).
