Its one of those "you had to have been there" things. But in short it's because I've never seen anyone be such a huge fan of a character without stepping into creepy territory.  He knew it and was proud of it. We sometimes played some light trolling pranks on him in the thread's younger days, basically things involving Airshipping is Magic and TwiDash pics. He acted angry but he actually enjoyed it all and laughed along with us. Then one day, he just up and left, without a trace, deleting his account. And not telling a soul (to my knowledge) on here as to why he was going to do it. Was a sad day thread that day. FYI, his username was EternalAmbiguity.

I have to take the blame for Eternal's frizzy hair obsession. At some point while trawling ponychan I found a gif of the pilot, after Twi's met Rainbow and the latter has messed up her hair, and naturally (since the internet's entire job is to exploit things) it showed Twilight blinking with a very 'come hither' look. Think it was probably from around when she says "Prove it" (in regards to ten seconds flat).

I posted it and, well...that was all she wrote. Never could find it again. The gif above is the closest we got.
