Very interesting, Faust says that Scoots was gonna have 3 episodes planned over the two seasons focusing on her whole almost-never flying thing. See, Scoots was planned to be handicapped, and her episode/s were gonna be about how she is technically unable to fly as she designed her with that trait in mind. They'd be about her dreams and aspirations on Dash and wanting what she could not get. In the end she'd have to discover that there was a difference between herself in what you want and what you're actually good at, and your true destiny.

Basically she says her episodes would be on her discovering her strengths and looking out for herself against the bullies at school because they'd pick on her because she couldn't fly. We may see such a story arc be ressurected in Season 3 who knows?

I don't like Handicap Scoots ... its too ... tragic for me >.< I wanted it to be a happy ending for her! >.<

I also agree with this.  Applebloom got one, Sweetie Bell got one, where's Scootaloo's episode?

It once crossed my mind that maybe the reason Scootaloo never flew, thus used the scooter instead, was because she probably couldn't or didn't like to.  It's interesting to find out that was the intended case.

It would only seem tragic at first.

I thought the weak flyer role was Fluttershy's territory? Or it was untill Hurricane Fluttershy. Not sure how I'd feel about them recycling that role as a story/development arc for Scoots.

Yeah, I'm ok with the handicapped Scootaloo idea. It's not like they would treat it in a heavy and dark way, either. And I think these kinds of slightly more mature plot devices will allow FiM to keep its episodes at a consistent high quality (fewer weak CMC episodes, or Made-Do-Wells)

We've all experienced something like that at some point, where we realize that we just can't go any further with one thing and learned to embrace other talents.

Stunning revelation: Daring is actually a real person, and Derpy is her sister. 

Primo adventure episode territory here. Could "rehabilitate" Derpy (not that she needs it in the minds of sane people), Dash and Twilight can get pulled into helping them while fangirling like mad, Scootaloo can make an obligatory Shortround reference, and on a meta level can help promote their new map. 

And once that's done, we need to get Dash interested in science fiction so she can imagine a recolor of herself as Lone Star, a cowboy smuggler and the pegasus who made the Canter Run in less than 12 parsecs.

I have a "Cool Story, Bro" moment to share. I'd heard only a bit of the pony remixes from what was linked in here until now. I checked out SimGretina's stuff on YouTube and put it on while playing the first Witcher. You know you're a brony when you're slaying unspeakable monsters in a crypt while listening to that. The preceding one as well as the Gala(20% Cooler), Evil Enchantress, and Eeyup/Nope seem to be some of his/her best work. Good stuff.

Description: When Rarity writes to Princess Celestia inquiring after how dragons age, she gets a plea for help in reply. A war is brewing, and Princess Celestia thinks Rarity's the one to stop it. Now, still completely uncertain what her feelings for Spike are or if they're even plausible, she's off to meet with his distant relatives to negotiate a truce between the dragons and the sea serpents before the world gets caught up in their destructive clash.

Although Cutie Pox isn't exactly a great episode in my opinion (not that it's bad, mind you), I was thinking more about Stare Master, the episode only redeemed by, well, THE STARE.
