It's the tunic. And the magic laces.
and besides, Hawke isn't exactly a looker.

I find Anders very physically appealing. As for Fenris, well. He's hot enough to melt steel just by looking at it even if he didn't have the voice of Gideon Emery, and I say this despite my bias against male elves and their inability to grow facial hair.

Fenris is dark and mysterious, but he breaks hearts.

I've actually romanced him twice and didn't get heart broken either time (in fact the final scene in the gallows before fighting the templars is quite touching)....at least he is straight with you when he disagrees, better than a lying douchebag that uses you....

By that I mean the romance scene in Act 2, if a guy did that to me I wouldn't consider seeing him again. I'm not saying he's a bad guy, even if he doesn't like my view on mages, he's one of my favorites.

I'm just curious. Why did Bioware gives one smokin' hot Isabella and cute and adorable Merrill on one hand and then brooding-ugly Fenris and demented-demon-twisted-ugly Anders on the other?
Seriously, both the males love interests are butt ugly in looks and personality. Both female interests are striking in looks and personality. Bias much?

I wouldn't get near Merrill with a ten foot pole. (Sorry Eth and Merrill fans) She is more like a really young kid sister to me. And Isabela while being very exciting (pirate and all) is unfaithful. I have no interest in them.

When? (if you mean this in a sexual manner because I can see her being disloyal and an infidel)

If you romance her, Isabela still hits on Zevran (the line is something lie "wait, what about sex") if you take her on the quest. I think it was totally in-character, but still rather distasteful (and that's a kind description). I won't be romancing her again just because of that. She's funny, but she's not faithful.

@caradoc2000 - You only get the supportive corselet if you romance her, so her balance is slightly off until then. Once you acquire it, then she's super bad*ss!

Speaking of bias... Isabella is a theif who starts a war that almost destroys a city and Merrill is an obsessed blood mage who deals with demons.
I'd rather have more time with the LI and more character development than worry about what the pixels look like.
Isabella's amazing bod makes up for little things like starting wars and destroying cities! And I just think there should be at least one male character who is HOT enough to get them same pass.
Some think Anders is hot enough to get a free pass with the 'Chantry go boom' thing.

She won't go if you ask her not to but you have to make up for it with sex later. And you can go along with them...
