ME3 will be (very) good, but not perfect.

The original Mass Effect was loaded with glitches, had several moments that were ungodly boring and repetitive, highly imperfect combat, bouts of superbly derpy writing/acting, and all sorts of other things wrong with it (and even more that was subject to personal taste), but was still a great game that was loads of fun to play (for most people).
Mass Effect 2 was loaded with glitches, had several moments that were ungodly boring and repetitive, highly imperfect combat, bouts of superbly derpy writing/acting, and all sorts of other things wrong with it (and even more that was subject to personal taste), but was still a great game that was loads of fun to play (for most people).
So, following the pattern, Mass Effect 3 will have an assload of glitches to deal with, moments of tedium and frustration equivalent to planet scanning and getting the Mako stuck in a canyon, combat that (while occasionally fun) isn't as great as it's cracked up to be, conversations, plotlines, and perhaps entire characters that make you wonder what the hell the writers were thinking, and tons of features many players will worship that you absolutely can't stand.
But it should still be a great game that is loads of fun to play. For most people, anyway. Personally, I'm hoping it will be the best in the series, but I'm not going to expect God on Two Discs. That would be silly. Conversely, I highly doubt that my gaming experience is going to be ruined by Barbie Shepard, abundant mansex, or teh ebul multiplayer (if it exists).
In fact, I kind of look forward to the mansex and find Barbie Shepard to be quite tolerable.
So don't get your hopes up (because parts of it WILL suck), and don't act like you know EVERYTHING is going to suck even though we've got seven solid months until the damn thing ships (because we simply don't have enough information to make that sort of call).
Besides, what do you have to lose? $80 and your free time? And what more is there to gain than an enjoyable and "emotionally engaging" romp in some alternate universe that you, through your Shepard, helped create?
This is just a friendly reminder, to myself as well as you people.
TL;DR: Herp derp Cheez tells the BSN to relax lulz.

How hard can it really be for people to wait until the game comes out to judge it, rather than making baseless assumptions on material that they have seen/heard that is still subject to change?
I personally think it's just another way people pass time. If anything else, it Does make things more exciting, you know?

Seems to make things more annoying, like with the constant comparisons to DA:2 and the stuff about multiplayer. Sure multiplayer is going to feel different, but it's like how about we wait until we actually see it.
It's those things that in my opinion makes the community and it's recommendations/suggestions less credible to Bioware, because we judge before we will even give it a fighting chance.

Not sure why you felt the need to write that wall of text Cheez, but as usual you are right. Now if only people would listen to the wisdom you posess.

I tend to get stuck on a side rail or the ceiling a lot, but other than that there is nothing that sticks out.

Totally part of the excitement... Though annoying at times like you said, yes.
Fan-****** happens. It's a fact of the internet. Well.. Alright. A fact of the Greater Internet FXKUwad Theory, at least. And, unfortunately, the rest of us have to just deal with it...
....Can somebody play me off with a stock 'Yeeaaaaah!'?

There's a ton of them.
Here's some off the top of my head (PC version).
* Part of the map missing at the end of Garrus loyalty mission (I expect this bs in Big Rigs over the Road racing not a freaking Mass Effect game)
* Character dialogue not always playing correctly and Shepard lip synching Thane's words in his LM.
* Tarak's head partially disappearing when talking to Zaeed in Garrus' recruitment mission.
* Chakwas glitching out of her chair during the convo about the brandy.
* Patriach teleporting from one spot to another after agreeing to take out the assassins.

If ME3 has SS romance, oh boy. I'll fire up KotoR and kill Carth FOR NO APPARENT REASON.
Don't test me Bioware! I'll do it!
Why only if it has SS romance? I do it everyday just for kicks. And then I load up virmire and leave him to die again. It's a great stress reliever letting that whiner die.

Really? I've gotten trapped on top of crates, killed because the vanguard's charge ability wouldn't fire, suddenly turned sideways and forced to crabwalk, watched the screen go psychidelic and audio fall out of sync, and had all my achievements deleted.RainyDayLover wrote...

Fortune smileth upon thee, good Rainy.
Of course, my laptop is a sissy and can't handle big kid games, so that is most likely a contributing factor.

The only "glitch" I ran into was when my game crashed during the Reaper IFF. I lowered my graphics and it was fine.
Coming to think of it, I also didn't even experience any bugs while playing Fallout: New Vegas. I guess I'm one lucky bastard.

Aside from the character dialogue not always playing in Thane's LM all the others happen 100% of the time.
