ME3 will be (very) good, but not perfect.

The only thing that will ruin the entire game will be a lack of Lorik Qui'in.

True facts.

I'm going to enjoy it no matter what, because I've decided I will. You can always find the good things if you look for them.

The lack of Lorik in ME2 made it almost unbearable.

They claim that places in ME1 will return in ME3 so there's always hope for some more of that snide and clever old turian!

For me? I like the mystery of speculation. That nice feeling when you rant a paragraph of what you think will happen, then see a spoiler video and refuse to click on it =) Mass Effect will always be perfect in my opinion. But at the same time it will never live up to my expectations... only because I'm not the one designing it! Lol I think that what I'm trying to say is that until I'm put in charge of the game and all of its features myself, Mass Effect will never be a disappointment to me. The series inspired me to write after all. I am pretty easy to please when it comes to you BioWare.

Depends. I didn't encounter any glitch on my firat playthrough but on later ones, I got stuck in corners a few times, usually resulting in death.

The reverse is also true, the BSN is testament enough to that.

Really?  I've gotten trapped on top of crates, killed because the vanguard's charge ability wouldn't fire, suddenly turned sideways and forced to crabwalk, watched the screen go psychidelic and audio fall out of sync, and had all my achievements deleted.

Fortune smileth upon thee, good Rainy.

Of course, my laptop is a sissy and can't handle big kid games, so that is most likely a contributing factor.

The only glitch I ever encounter was during Grunt Loyalty Mission where the Tresher Maw wouldn't show up.

I agree with original post. But I have decided that I will enjoy it so I am quite sure I will get something good, if not perfect, for my money.

Can always count on the good Admiral to cut through the crap and tell it how it is (and will be).

I like this thread. :)

And there's one line Thane says on the Normandy that comes out of the rear speakers instead of the center one.

Of course, because nothing is ever perfect. They fix stuff and they make new mistakes, like allways.

Biggest glitch I have is the dialog about the dragon's teeth alter on the dead reaper never triggering during the IFF mission.

Now, the Benezia fight during ME1... THAT was a glitch nightmare. Number of times I got stuck behind a rail after she singularity'd me and had to restart the fight still makes cry (manly, very masculine and butch) tears of rage and frustration when I think about it.

As long as it's as good as ME2, I will be satisfied.

Don't you have to have specific characters for that to trigger? I always thought you had to have either Tali or Garrus in your squad, but I may be wrong.

I tend to get stuck on a side rail or the ceiling a lot, but other than that there is nothing that sticks out.

You've seriously never seen this before?

ME 1 and 2 already had same sex romance. Or does lesbian not count?

Cheez has a point. If ME3 is a huge dissapointment (which I doubt it will be) then I have New Vegas, Skyrim, Deus Ex 3 and maybe Rage/Dead Island.

Technically there isn't even a lesbian romance in Mass Effect.

Here's some off the top of my head (PC version).

* Part of the map missing at the end of Garrus loyalty mission (I expect this bs in Big Rigs over the Road racing not a freaking Mass Effect game)
* Character dialogue not always playing correctly and Shepard lip synching Thane's words in his LM.
* Tarak's head partially disappearing when talking to Zaeed in Garrus' recruitment mission.
* Chakwas glitching out of her chair during the convo about the brandy.
* Patriach teleporting from one spot to another after agreeing to take out the assassins.

...Never had any of these. Only glitches I remember are the ghost images during Garrus' loyalty mission, and the fact that default FemShep started with no eyebrows, and then randomly sprouted them during the Warlord quest. Not exactly 'a ton'.

Oh, and then there is the thing that you miss the first original Admiralty Board meeting in Tali's loyalty quest if you intentionally trigger discussion with Shala'Raan. Forgot about that.

Anyway, to me ME2 was close enough to perfect. If ME3 reaches the same level, I'll be perfectly happy!

I had that once but I found out it was just because Garrus was in my party and the Thresher Maw knew what was best for it.

The only glitches I had were a couple of lines that came up with subtitles that weren't spoken and the inability to leave Mordin's LM in the last room.... But all I had to do was reload the autosave, which saved just before I entered. Nothing serious
