 how can i fix this problem i bought the d2d version,updated my directx and i have a windows xp pro with sp3..i really want to play this game again i 4got the whole story pretty much so its gonna be like im playing it for the first time..
but everytime i try to run it (even as admin) it takes me to that ( send error report and dont send) popup then it does nothing..anyone know how to fix this?

The same thing is happening to me..Dx I'm not sure what's going on, I'm trying to keep on re-installing it but it doesn't seem to be working! ;-;

Try making blank text file called "systeminformation.xml" in the "data" folder in your Jade Empire installation folder, worked for me on my Steam version.

I'm running win7 64-bit, and I had a problem with it where I clicked on play and it went to config. screen and got hung up about 2/3 way through. I googled and found an answer that worked for me. In the main folder, be sure to set all application files to run in compatibility mode ( I used win xp sp 3) & run as administrator in the properties/compatibility tab. Then use the icon to run the game that looks like a medallion.
That's it. I am about 1/2 way through and haven't had any problems so far. (knock on wood, lol)
