Sorry about this did a search but it didn't appear to answer the question:

My understanding was that the bug that 'Thumbs up' gradually caused Hawke to attack slower had been patched but I found having installed patch 1.03 that if I go straight to Hawke's mansion after having Isabella in the party I still have the icon displaying thumbs up even though Isabella is no longer in the party.

My understanding was this was how you detected the bug - and if so does that mean the bug still exists in the PC version?

The fix prevents the bug, but doesn't fix the damage. A new game will never have the bug.

Ah many thanks for the reply except it is a new game - decided to have another go after legacy came out.
Did 1.03 unfix it or am I just lucky?
The only reason I care is that I'm just starting Act II when Isabella can end up doing a lot of involuntary leaving of the party

I don't really remember the specifics of this to be honest but I think the bug has been fixed, permanently, while the icon may still be displayed even if Isabela is not in your party
