I really like the game alot but I do not like the ending.  There are only two choices, support the mages or support Meredith.  There is no support the good templars and the circle and that stinks.  I think Bioware really needs to work on their endings.  There are plenty of other great games out there with more than 2 possible endings.  For DA3, I hope they go back to the way DAO was done.  It was a hell of a lot better ending.

I did get my money's worth out of the game.  I just wish my Hawke could have supported the circle and the good templars and become Viscount.  That should have been an option since Meredith was bat crazy.

There are two choices that both result in the same outcome: mages rebel, templars rebel, and the world on the brink of war. Given that Bioware is never going to allow players to actually chose the outcome of the war and accomodate every future sequel for either decision, I don't see the point in a war between the mages and the templars.

Personally, I wish Hawke could have been proactive in leading a mage rebellion and turning Kirkwall into a mecca for mage rights and mage autonomy.

I'll just be happy if my (whoever the PC of DA3 will be) is proactive in turning Val Royeaux into a smoking crater.
