To Bioware from a loyal fan: Your sex scenes in ME1 were tasteful and appropriate for a game rated M. Your sex scenes in ME2 were awkward and laughable in ME2.
ME3 should use the dynamic cinematics of ME2 with the maturity of ME1 when creating sex scenes. Afterall, if you're going to do something you should do it right.

While I wouldn't mind more explicit scenes, I don't think the chance of them actually putting a naked turian in the game is very high.
