I thought midichlorines (note; actual midichlorines, and not Mr. Lucas midichlorines) did actually track the permutations of genetic diversity? I'm not a geneticist either!

Um, the theory of evolution has nothing to say one way or the other about the existence of Yahweh, or Odin, or Brahma, or Zeus, or Amaterasu, or Enki, or [insert random deity of choice here]. It's an explanation of the diversity and history of life. That's all.

Did you just respond to my statement with a dilemma? All Im saying is that I believe in God (everyone else is wrong btw) and the fact that new life comes around every 50,000 years proves that evolution exists in the ME universe.

If you think God and the theory of evolution are mutually exclusive, then you have a very narrow-minded view of God and/or higher powers in general.ThePwener wrote...
