FlashForward, The L Word, lots of shows from CN (god that channel has changed a lot, and for worse!).

Firefly, Dead Like Me (heard a year or two back they were going to do a film, looks like that fell through), Megas XLR, Babylon 5 and Crusade (at least Daniel Dae Kim seems to be doing well with 5-0), Lie to Me, Strange (which likely nobody but me remembers).

Big Evil, Babylon 5 never got cancelled. It ended because JMS ended the series. However Crusade was cancelled. I wish they would have never cancelled that show.

Not directly but it was going to be as PTEN was going, which is what caused the planned seasons 4 and 5 being combined and then when TNT picked it up they had to create another season 5 which was a bit of a mess. If that hadn't happened things would have worked out a lot better IMO.

Dark Angel and Farscape.
Especially DA - so many cliffhangers and unfinished potential.
Although, when I consider how Charmed ended up, maybe it's good that shows end while they're still good. Same with Torchwood.
