Seriously, If Shep had one line, what do you think it should be?  Please feel free to respond with mutliple ideas!

As for me, right now?  I know it's so cliche, but the classic; "I.  F***ing.  Told you." would easily by my first response in reality.

For funs and giggles, maybe "And Santa's real, too, now where's the fleet?"

The Reapers will tear your people apart as well, so tell me, will you just dismiss these "claims" now?
I'd like claims to have dramatic air-quotes around it.

Now? Now you want my help? Fine. I'll help you. I'll help you because its my job. I'll help you because it will save the lives of people who don't deserve to die for your arrogance. But mostly, I'll help you because it's the right thing to do. But when this is over, I'm going to tell everyone that I warned you, that you had three years to prepare, and that you did nothing. And when they come, howling for your blood, I'm going to do exactly what you did. Nothing.

No grudges, no apologies, go speak to your peoples; we have to get started

Or something along those lines. There are more important things to be done then vent personal slights

Variations on Ah yes "Reapers" or Tell me counsellors in my position what would you do?

I didn't get to throw it back in the Arishok's face but the council will do just as well.

"Well, I guess 'I told you so' is a little too cliché.  I warned you about Saren.  I warned you about the Reapers.  Should I sit on my hands, now, while you decide what we're going to do about this or are you finally going to follow my advice?  I'm a Spectre.  I'll do my job.  Right now, you should worry about doing your job rather than just trying to keep it."

Yeah... throw that in their "high and mighty" faces.  I never did like the Coucil members.

Because there will be nothing better to do than discuss the appearance of reapers like the appearance of rain, over coffee at a classy presidium café.

I disagree. Remembering to avenge personal slights in the middle of a galactic extinction is just the kind of thing Shepard should get to do! It's a morale booster!=]

Lecturing the council alienates them and wastes time.

I really think there should be a renegade option or interrupt that allows u to punch the Turian Councillors face.

Really hard.

I get why he and the other councillors were wary in ME2; I really do. But he didnt have to be such a douche about it.

We got ShepardFaceSmash for less in ME2. Damn well better get it with the Turian Councillor.

Two things.
1. The council really really really really deserves it.
2. a 4-5 minute tongue lashing will not make or break the war effort.

Ah, yes, "Reapers." A race of sentient machines... I thought we dismissed this claim. (Then if the Turian council member so much as blinks)

But the council and Shepard will need to be united, and lecturing them will over serve to drive an unneccessary rift between Shepard and the council, deserved or no. A small and bridgeable rift, but a rift nonetheless. Save it till the reaper threat is over.

And five minutes is a long time in war. It's more than enough time to get both Shepard and the council killed through inaction.

A simple 'what did I tell you? now lets get to it' will suffice.
