The Turian councilor would grab an assault rifle, unload it into the Reaper, destroy it, and then say "We still dismiss that claim." Because he's Valern and a total bamf.

Turian council leader- That human abandoned us!
Asari- what did you expected from him?
Salarian- goodluck or good bye.

my opinion: there should be 2 options to say something to the council. Paragon and Renegade.
Paragon: "i know you didn't believe me at start, but now is not the time to argue what is true or not. We are under attack and its time to strike back."
Renegade: i don't really have idea for this but it would be something in "Go f**k yourself" style.
