I don't dislike/hate the Council for not believing me, not even Velarn, and I just believe they're doing their jobs. Who would believe Shepard? Anyways, I will probably throw a few verbal jabs("Ah yes Reapers" for example, but for the most part I will be civil and focused on defeating the Reapers.

BS, with everything they have seen and heard, them ignoring the problem is just plain ignorant.  Dismissing claims without first even investigating them is also just plain ignorant.  It will coem baqck to bite them in the ass and I wotn do a damn thing about it, you reap what you sew (no pun intended)!
