For some bizarre reason Sebestian gets an extra skill point drinking this potion compare to my other companions.

He is currently level 15 and getting 16 skill points when he drinks the potion. I checked he only has 15 skill points prior to respec and I have given him no +skill potions.

Other companions are all getting 15 skill points.

this is a known bug. Nothing we can do about it now except enjoy (if you like this sort of thing. personally I prefer the exp bug) or wait for it to get patched.
