A player recently re-did one of Escrimator's handaxes as a throwing axe to better suit the thrown tomahawk from 'Last of the Danaan,' but now I need to get Escrimator's permission before posting the modified file up on my module page. Anybody know how I might contact him? The Vault doesn't have a PM link, and his stuff is all from 2008, so I'm not sure he's lurking around anymore.

You don't need anyone's permission to modify content that has been posted publicly. Providing credits to the original author and clearly stating what's different about your version should be sufficient. People come and go in this community so the chances of you getting a hold of someone who posted something years ago are probably slim. It's a nice thought all the same.

It's not just a nice thought, it's what Escrimator asked for on his Vault page. Not exactly a binding legal document, but worth respecting.

Worth respecting by attempting to contact him via any means you can find, waiting for a response and then doing what Cipher said when he doesn't respond.

I know he had some sketches on one of the big photo repositories. Those links are probably in one of his old threads on the old NWN2 site. Maybe he can be contacted through that route? He's was studying to be a professional artist. So, I am guessing that he has sample work and contact information out on the innernets some where.
