..that for the next DLC for Dragon Age 2, they add a female Qunari character to join our group. I think it would be really awesome to have one in my party.
I propose..

The group is already complete. We'll have to wait for the expansion for that if there ever going to be one. Some fans already proposed Charade to replace one of the leaving members, post game.

An expansion would be a great idea for this game I think.

Absolutely agreed! I'm thinking, a female Mage qunari. Because mages are supposed to be kept under lock and key in qunari culture, but females are also the ones who are supposed to run the government and stuff if I remember. Could create a kind of interesting dynamic. Or a female who rejects the Qun or qunari actions for some reason?
A sexy, romanceable female mage qunari. Yeppp. Honestly, it's one of the best character choices Bioware could make for Dragon Age, I think. Though, I'm expecting no real new characters until Dragon Age 3.

Can females occupy such a position? I suppose there could be female Tal Vashoth, but they're likely not going to come into their role with any training (the males work as mercenaries because they're already soldiers and mages; it's not just what they do, and have always done, but what they are).
I also don't think a female in chains with her mouth all stitched up is particularly pleasant imagery for the first female Qunari to ever be shown.

Well, females aren't supposed to be warriors. That's why I thought the female Qunari character should be a mage. If she's a mage, they pretty much have to make use of her, right? Therefore, she'll know how to fight. Maybe a female qunari Saarebas who feels resentment or something, and escapes her Arvaarad. As for the mouth being sewn shut, uhh... Cut it open? I don't know, she'd have scars maybe but I don't think it would take too much away from her being attractive.
Or a female Tal Vashoth could work. I just think at this point, warrior class Qunari are kind of cliche. I like how DA2 kinda altered race cliches by making the dwarf a rogue and the elf a warrior instead. So maybe a mage Qunari would be more interesting...

Yeah, we could never have a female "qunari" combat follower in the sense of "one who follows the qun." Since female qunari aren't allowed to fight. We could have a female Tal-Vashoth though.
We couldn't have a female qunari mage because a qunari mage isn't allowed to do anything without their handler, an Arvaraad. And the Arvaraad makes sure they're not allowed to communicate in any way aside from that gurgling noise. So it would really be the Arvaraad who is the companion in that case. Any change in the dynamic to allow the mage to speak would mean they're no longer really qunari, and the Arvaraad would probably kill himself.

I'm thinking for an expansion, either Charade, a female Qunari warrior, or Gleam.

There are already a number of threads on DLC suggestions. Why start yet another?

Because there is a daily quota, apparently.

A female Qunari warrior... I understand the concept, but it's not really plausible, considering the mindset of the Qunari people... even if this was a Tal'Vashoth female, it just seems odd that you'd ever see a female warrior of the Kossith race...
Whatever though. I wouldn't hate the idea if implemented.

Erm sure would be nice to see a female Qunari but what bout bringing female dwarfs back. I liked playing my female dwarf warden and miss not seeing them in DA2.
