I've currently got two daggers that have a 25% chance to reduce attack and movement speed. If I use both of them will I have a 50% chance to reduce speed (or two separate 25% chances)?

Daggers strike individually, so it would be two separate 25% chances. If you're asking if the movement speed and attack speed reduction will stack, that I don't know. My guess is no. It would just continue to reapply the same debuff.

Cool, thanks. I wasn't sure if it would add at all... I'm not sure why but thanks for that.

Slow modifiers don't stack. Only the highest applies, but all are present. So if you have a 50% slow and a 75% slow on a target, when the 75% slow wears off, it will still have the 50% slow for the remaining duration.

Yeah the Lowblade and Key seems to be the two best daggers now, depending upon how you upgraded the key, especially since it is the only rouge item to be able to have your Attacks Ignore Enermy Armor, that's pretty decent for a DW

I would actually go w/ the hawke' key and jarvia's shank w/ +x% physical dmg gear at higher levels. Low blade and beraht's revenge w/ +x% nature dmg gear is also an excellent alternative.
