I checked my save games and I spent around 60 hours per game completing Mass 1 & Mass 2.
On November 1, I'm restarting Mass 1, and playing for 1 hour/day. If my calculations are correct, I'll finish Arrival a couple of days before Ramona Flowers brings Mass 3 to my door.
One hour a day for a hundred and twenty days. By the time Ramona arrives I'm going to believe I am Commander Shepard. I know, I know, it's an awesome idea. You're welcome. How are you preparing for Mass Effect 3?

the pragmatist: it will be however it will beB)
The fanboy: omg this is the greatest thing ever and I will kill anyone who says otherwise I want little blue babies.

I don't want that playthrough to be too recent when I fire up my canon Shep (Vanguard renegade femShep), or I'll run through the games with her again.

But...yeah, actually, I'm thinking of buying ME2 Collector's Edition for my birthday (September 11). After a few days, maybe in november, I will start ME1 with a female shepard, and do a full renegade playthrough of ME1, ME2 and ALL DLC (considering that my male shepard is mixed between paragon and renegade)
I don't know when I'm going to finish, but I will try to read the comics AND the novels BEFORE getting ME3. If I have some spare time, maybe I will play both ME1 and ME2 AGAIN, with a male shepard probably, doing a full paragon playtrough, just to know how it's like.
I will hopefully get ME3 Collector's Edition by March 20 (I live in Argentina, and I have to buy the games from Amazon, so I have to wait for the shipping, which takes about 15 days). I will start playing it with my first playthrough (the original one), and then I will use both paragon and renegade playthrough to fully complete it.

- Reread Evolution (Uhg, but it has to be done, at least I got the free online version and didn't buy it)
- Reread Revelation (Yeeeha, we are finally starting for real)
- Play ME1 (Infiltrator, mostly paragon with a touch of renegade)
- Reread Ascension
- Replay ME: Galaxy
- Chuck in Incursion
- Start to play ME2 (with imorted Char of course until Illium - Liara meeting)
- Reread Redemption (it's kind of like Liara having a flashback)
- Finish ME2
- Reread Retribution
- Chuck in Inquisition
Now it gets a little fuzzy and things might change a bit, depending on the exact timeline of events:
- Reread (at the time) Deception
- Reread (at the time) Invasion
Hopefully, now it is March 6th
- Finally play ME3
That is all.

I have 4 characters the first one played twice.
Steam has ME 1 clocked in at 91 hours
Steam has ME 2 clocked in at 136 hours currently halfway through my newest playthrough here.
I intend to play each class at LEAST once but I'm leaning more towards each class on each gender once so thats double.

My ManShep and FemShep are actually brother and sister. Both are colonists, and the one who survives the colony attack goes on to become "Commander Shepard." Mostly different decisions, aside from the Rachni and Collector Base decisions, always went paragon for those decisions.
I also decided I don't want a perfect suicide mission imported for my first playthrough. So in one save Thane and Samara are dead, and in the other, Jacob and Jack. Tried to make their deaths look more like noble sacrifices, as opposed to incompetence on Shepard's part.

With my imagination, mostly.
Had to pick Samara or Jack as the diversion team leader, but in my head Garrus was actually leading the team and Samara or Jack would essentially sacrifice themselves to protect the rest of the team.
Removed the loyal status of Thane and Jacob before the mission so that they would die protecting the crew while returning to the Normandy.

Am playing through a few more, mostly male Sheps - the bastard racist and the s/s paragon. Deleted my canon Shepard and am replaying her on a harder difficulty, partially because I may want to change some of her words on Horizon, and partially because I want to see what happens if you don't do any cybernetic mods like Skin Weave.
Have to do them now, because around these parts, between Halloween & New Year's is one big holiday season (lots of birthdays in November & December).
